Intended to be legally bound hereby, I confirm I am willing participating in a Sawdust to Sparkles Home Decor workshop. In addition, I authorize and release all photographs/video taken at the Sawdust to Sparkles Home Decor workshop, and in consideration of registering and paying for my participation and the supplies and materials for this activity, I hereby release Sawdust to Sparkles Home Decor and the property/building owner where the workshop takes place for any injuries or accidents that may occur while participating in this workshop. I further agree and acknowledge that am releasing Sawdust to Sparkles and the property/building owner for injuries I may suffer as a result of Sawdust to Sparkles negligence.

Items demonstrated and/or made in our workshops are for personal use only. I agree not to commercially sell, share or teach techniques for recreating items learned in this workshop.

If I consume alcohol, I accept full responsibilities for the amount and any injuries that may occur related to my alcohol consumption, including those related to Sawdust to Sparkles negligence.

 

Please note: There are NO REFUNDS FOR WORKSHOPS! However, if you cancel with at least 48 hours notice your full reservation fee will be turned into a future credit. If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel in less than 48 hours, we will make a ONE TIME exception and issue you a workshop credit in the amount of HALF of your registration fee. Please text me 509.294.7277 or email me sawdusttosparkles@gmail.com to cancel. If you no show for a workshop that you have a spot reserved, you forfeit your payment.
